Still too expensive for the experience.

Much Noise on Hallway. Old Hotel, with odd smells. Bad Lighting in room and bathroom. Not much options for Breakfast. Elevator felt really unsafe.

Not recommended for solo female travelers.

The hotel looks great from the outside but is very much a motel on the inside. The only thing going for this place is the location; it's a really nice neighborhood with a lot of diverse restaurant choices just steps from the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection was good.

I had to change rooms because all 3 locks on my door was broken in some way. 2 out of the 3 locks on my new room functioned. The new room did not have towels or toiletries when I checked in. I called the concierge and an hour later still nothing. Went down to the concierge in the lobby and the desk clerk saw me coming, didn't even wait for my question, and began yelling that the restaurant was closed and I needed to use the vending machine. When I had the opportunity to speak I said I was still waiting for bathroom supplies and he shut up really quickly. The supplies came 15 minutes later and still were not a complete set. The hotel upkeep is poor and looks very worn and dated. The placed smelled terrible as well. Breakfast was extremely limited in options, eggs, bread, cereal, coffee. Overall won't be going back to this one.

The rooms were clean with a big bathroom, the beds were spacious and comfortable and the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a joke. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The lady at the breakfastbar seemed to be miserable and the breakfast itself had close to no options, there was barely anything there. You can not call a table with eggs and sausage a breakfast buffet.

Great location and value. The staff is pretty friendly

The room got me sick. As soon as I opened the door, there was a mildew smell which got my nose acting up right away. There was also some construction around and that didn't really helped much. Also not much options for breakfast. No parking spots which is very important!

I liked the location. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also great.

They weren't setup for the rush-hour at breakfast. There wasn't enough food and there weren't any places to sit. That's really my only negative.

Staff seemed genuine and tried to meet any request or question

Lack of facilities within the room, one chair, no furniture. Asked for extra towels as there were four of us in the room, and we were told we would have to wait because they were drying, while I appreciate that there is little can be done if they physically can not give me a towel, but have never run into this at any other hotel anywhere.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful and gave us alot of information on how to get around the city .... Almost everyone spoke enlish and our driver Moísés was on time for our shuttle to and from the airport

The location of the hotel was perfect ... Alot of restaurants and bars close by ... The hotel was very clean and the gym and swimming pool was nice as well !!!

Pool, breakfast rooms and staff were all great. Would definitely return in future.

Only complaint is the presence of construction project in the surrounding area of the hotel not their fault but ut did take away some from our stay.

Bed was wonderful, as were the pillows. Also had very good blackout shade for windows and very quiet air conditioner.Shower had GREAT water pressure. Unfortunately the shower door was badly installed and would not shut, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good--was only expecting continental but they had scrambled eggs with veggies, sliced salchichas (hot dogs), breads, fruit, cereals, and delicious coffee cake.

Something they can't help--the main street in front is under revision, so noisy during the day, difficult to maneuver car in and out at anytime. But it is within walking distance of two Metro stations and great restaurants in El Cangrejo and Bella Vista. Also we had noisy neighbors, teenagers who were running in and out of their room and yelling until after midnight. (Not too annoying as we were watching TV, but I would have called the front desk if we had been trying to sleep!)

The room was very clean and confortable apart from the views to the garage.

The breakfast is the smallest that I've ever have in a hotel... First time in my life that I'm a leaving the breakfast in a hotel feeling hungry.

Cheaters. I was charged two times for the same room - once via booking.com and then at the reception desk. I asked about it and the receptionist said that it is normal and money will go back to my bank account within 3 days. It’s been 10 days ago and I still don’t have it. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel and its staff.

The location was central so we were able to walk around on our own. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was extremely accommodating to our large group of 32. There was a mini mart next door that we could have picked up all our daily necessities like water and personal items. There is a karaoke lounge just a few steps away and the food was amazing as well as the ambiance. There was a safe in the room. Mini refridgerators and iron were available on request. Pool and gym available. English speaking staff.

Unfortunatley the street was under construction so lots of noise during the day. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. Eggs, salchicas, cake, pancakes, bread. Could have used a little variety. The bath area has no door so there is a lack of privacy. The hot water was tricky to figure out but once we did it was good. Make sure to take your own bath rags caz they only provide towels. We had to request extra bath and hand towels.
